LaVonda serves as the Administrative Coordinator for the National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention, housed at the Educational Development Center. With over 20 years in Executive Support Services, she has a proven track record of driving operational efficiency in both the healthcare and nonprofit sectors. Leveraging strong project coordination skills and a keen ability to streamline administrative processes, she successfully supported high-level executives and managed key organizational objectives. Her expertise in project tracking, CRM systems, and internal communication strategies are some of the key skills she brings to the Action Alliance. 

Her recent roles include Project Coordinator at Education Development Center, where she managed administrative functions for The First 10 Project, and Project Administrator for the 988 Communications Initiative, focusing on meeting logistics and communication support. This background is complemented by active memberships with the National Alliance on Mental Illness, and the American Society of Administrative Professionals. 

This unique blend of corporate and nonprofit experience positions her as a highly adaptable and resourceful administrative leader dedicated to supporting organizational goals and fostering strong partner relationships.
