Staff Member

Felice Seigneur is a public health expert and experienced evaluator, evaluation project manager, program manager, and researcher. She is dedicated to translating data and science to support community health. Seigneur brings extensive expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods and analysis, collaborative-participatory and empowerment methods, and collaborative and participatory practices. She specializes in engaging and effective research communication (report writing, data visualization, results dissemination) that emphasizes continuous quality improvement and evaluative learning.

Seigneur uses data and evaluation processes to bring groups together to interpret findings, improve programming and policies, and support resilient communities. Currently, she is leading EDC’s evaluation of the Behavioral Health Excellence-Technical Assistance Center. She also supports evaluation efforts within the National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention supporting the National Strategy for Suicide Prevention. 

Before joining EDC, Felice was the evaluation project manager for the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and previously served as the executive director of Global Health Disrupted.

Seigneur holds an MPH in Community and Behavioral Health and Global Health from the University of Colorado and a BA in Psychology and History from the University of Denver.
