Military/Veterans Task Force

This advisory group was formed in 2018 to systematically integrate service member and veteran perspectives across the Action Alliance’s portfolio of work. The advisory group:

  • Provides subject matter expertise
  • Serves as a collective voice to on behalf of the Action Alliance on matters related to service member and veteran suicide prevention
  • Provides consultation to internal audiences on integrating service member and veteran perspectives into Action Alliance strategies
  • Keeps the Action Alliance updated on new and emerging efforts and opportunities in fields related to service member and veteran suicide prevention
  • Identifies opportunities to amplify and coordinate existing efforts in the field
