Jarrod Hindman is the Chief Executive Officer of Sources of Strength, an innovative, wellness-focused organization working in schools, communities, and workplaces across the U.S. towards a vision to empower a well world. As CEO, Jarrod leads the organization’s strategic direction, partnerships, and national impact, advancing strength-based, protective-factor-focused approaches to mental health promotion and suicide prevention. 

Jarrod Brings more than two decades of experience in public health, suicide prevention, and community-based prevention. Prior to becoming CEO, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Sources of Strength, where he helped scale the organization’s reach and strengthen its operational and strategic foundation. Before joining Sources, Jarrod was Vice President of Community Development at LivingWorks and spent fifteen years at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, including as Deputy Chief of the Violence and Injury Prevention and Mental Health Promotion Branch and Director of the Office of Suicide Prevention.
